ABOUT PARK LANDSCAPE SERVICESStaffIn 2003 four veterans of the landscaping industry joined together to create Park Landscape Services. The four partners of Park have more than 90 years of combined industry experience in all areas of commercial, multifamily and residential landscaping. In our first year, the company is experiencing phenomenal growth as discriminating property owners all over metro Atlanta are turning to Park for their landscaping needs. Each of the partners brings expertise in a specific area to form one of the most well rounded management teams in the industry. The four partners are:

Don, born and raised in Iowa, is a 1972 graduate of Iowa State
University receiving a BA in Landscape Architecture. Don first worked for
a land planning firm in Atlanta before
beginning a 24 year career with Post Properties. There he headed their third party landscape department over 80 employees. Don is a registered landscape architect
in Georgia and Florida. He and his wife Linda live in Marietta, and have two grown children, Daniel and Amanda.
Originally
from Pennsylvania, Tyson received a BS in Landscape Architecture from
Pennsylvania State University in 1982. Prior to his partnership in Park
Landscape Services, Tyson spent 20 years with Post Properties, which allowed
him to be involved in a variety of residential and commercial projects
across the country. Tyson is a registered landscape architect in Georgia and
a Georgia Green Industry Association certified nursery professional.
Dwight, a Georgian all of his life, came as a partner to Park Landscape
Services with 24 years experience in the profession. Dwight is a Georgia
Green Industry Association certified nursery professional who possesses a
wealth of knowledge in the landscape installation aspect of the industry.
Dwight’s previous experience includes management responsibilities with Post
Properties and most recently, he owned and operated
Rivers Edge Site Development and Landscape Services Company. Dwight lives in
Ranger, Georgia with his wife, Vicki and they have four grown children – Shane,
Jeff, Shannon,
and Niki.
Jeff
is an Ohio native and brings 20 years experience to Park Landscape Services,
most of which was in landscape management with Post Properties. His
experience with residential estate, multi-family, and commercial maintenance
serves us well in his role and as a partner with Park Landscape Services.
With a “hands on” approach to management, Jeff takes great pride and
ownership of all our properties by training and working with each team in
the field every day. Jeff lives in Marietta.
Gerard’s landscape maintenance experience spans 15 years. His previous
experience at Post Properties helped to prepare him for
his career with Park Landscape Services. Gerard, with Louisiana roots, lives
in Marietta with his wife, Trisha and their daughter Jillian.
A Georgia native, Tim joined Park Landscape Services in July of 2004.
His experience in the landscape industry includes that with Post Properties and his own landscape business endeavor in Savannah.
Tim lives in Duluth with his wife Anne.
